Privacy Policy

NANIK processes account, workspace and connected-commerce data to provide dashboards, synchronization, alerts and automation features. Shopify access is requested through Shopify OAuth and is limited to the scopes the merchant approves.

Merchant access tokens and other provider credentials are server-side secrets. Production deployments are designed to encrypt connected-store tokens at rest and never expose them to browser code.

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate NANIK, such as hosting, database, authentication and billing providers.

Workspace owners may disconnect integrations and delete imported data from NANIK. Shopify-originated data remains subject to the merchant's Shopify account and applicable platform requirements.
