NANIK is a commerce-operations platform that connects authorized merchant data sources. You must have permission to connect every store or account you add to NANIK.

You are responsible for the accuracy of imported data and for reviewing automated recommendations before acting on them. NANIK must not be used to access stores, customer information or services without authorization.

Connected platforms may impose their own terms, API limits and data-retention requirements. Availability of integrations can change when those platforms change their APIs or policies.

Paid features, if enabled, are billed according to the plan shown at checkout and may be managed through the billing portal.

These terms are a product-development draft and should be reviewed for your final business entity and jurisdiction before accepting public customers.
